I don't think anyone knows the identity of Jim Halloway. Maybe he's a robot or a program. The police can't do anything about the gifts. Not yet. They're going to have to locate where they're coming from first. The best you can do is report it if it happens to you. I got a weird stuffed cat, but nothing else so far. My friend was a victim of the photos. Not that those were "gifts."

First: Did you get some kind of "invite"? It may not be one that screamed invitation. You had to click or do something moronic to be able to get on your phone at all. I think that's how they get you to accept their terms, and it activates.
